When you have your meeting at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center, you have access to:

By choosing one of our day meeting packages, designed for groups of 25 or more, you can stay focused on the task at hand while we ensure your meeting needs are fulfilled. Breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack break and the meeting facility are all included in a flat per-attendee rate. Choose from one of our three packages below:
Standard Day Package
- Bakery Breakfast - coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate; muffins, and cinnamon rolls
- Lunch in cafeteria
- P.M. break - cookies, assorted sodas and bottled water
- General session meeting room, flip chart, podium, screen
Deluxe Day Package
- Health Club Breakfast - coffee, tea, assorted juices; hot oatmeal with healthy toppings and seasonal sliced fruit
- A.M. coffee refreshment with assorted granola bars
- Lunch in cafeteria
- P.M. break - cookies, assorted sodas and bottled waters
- General session meeting room, flip chart, podium, screen
Executive Day Package
- Southwestern Breakfast Burritos - includes egg and cheese burritos, crisp bacon, seasonal sliced fruit; coffee, tea, and assorted juices
- A.M. coffee refreshment with assorted granola bars
- Working European Sandwich Buffet - assortment of European style sandwiches and wraps, choice of side salad, chips, brownies or cookies; ice tea and bottled water
- P.M. break - includes cheese and vegetable crudites; assorted sodas, bottled waters
