MEETING AND DINING ROOMS
Our 34 meeting rooms range in capacity from 15 to 550. Each room comes equipped with A/V screen, podium or lectern, flip-chart, tables, chairs, head-table, and ice water setups at no additional charge. Some rooms also feature a built-in sound system and your first microphone is free. Chairs and tables can be arranged to accommodate your group’s needs, and all meeting rooms are appropriate for training sessions or discussion groups. Our main dining room seats 450 and serves three meals a day. A private dining room seats 65 for small groups, upgrading from our standard buffet. Private banquets for large groups are available, depending on occupancy.
Our entire staff is committed to helping you run a smooth event that earns rave reviews. Not only can we configure meeting rooms to match your exact needs, but we equip them with monitors, podiums/lecterns, flipcharts, ice-water setups, and any catering functions desired (the first easel, pad, and markers are free). Our portable public address equipment, plus built-in sound systems and microphones, will help make sure your messages come across loud and clear (the first microphone is free in rooms equipped with sound systems).

Need someone to record your meeting or operate lighting and sound equipment? Our A/V technician is available for a nominal fee. Or, if you prefer, you can bring your own. |
